Parents/Carers of students in Year 9 - Meningococcal ACWY (MenACWY) and Diphtheria, Tetanus & Polio (DTP) vaccinations will be taking place in school on Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th May 2026.

Please complete the decision form  https://www.somersetsaint.co.uk/Forms/DTP by midday on Friday 1st May 2026.  (Blue School Code SM137285). (The same form can be used to indicate that you do not give consent). 

The school hosts NHS Somerset SAINT (School Aged Immunisation Nursing Team).  Vaccinations are administered by NHS SAINT staff and SAINT manage all aspects of consent.
