Enrichment

We aim to enrich our students in every lesson throughout their school day.  In addition to timetabled curriculum lessons, students have a range of opportunities to participate in further activities aimed at developing their personal skills and interests and general enjoyment of life!   

Lunch-time and after school clubs include gardening, art, a full programme of sports clubs and junior gym.

The Blue School runs a very popular Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme from Year 9 onwards and every year submits teams to participate in the Ten Tors Challenge.

Every July, the timetable is collapsed to enable a Week of Enrichment to take place including day trips, a Year 9 France/Spain experience and Year 7 Camp to the Forest of Dean.
